At last, the Dairy Taddei is on the Apple Store !!

Our factory has established in Fornovo San Giovanni, a village located on the plain south of Bergamo, and has specialized in producing and maturing traditional Bergamo cheeses for four generations.

The old dairy has been vacated and a new one has been built from scratch in 1994, according to new health and hygiene regulations, and is certified by CE IT 03/174.
Constant self-monitoring, the exclusive use of milk from selected local farms, the hand-made production and the careful attention to customer satisfaction, all contribute to the quality of our products.

Our dairy is constantly aiming towards the rediscovery of a great cheese making tradition.

Over the years we have increased our product range and we now offer many different cheeses, all produced entirely by hand by expert cheese makers.
